God is love. Love is not infatuation or obsession. We cannot truly love unless we have first received God's love for us. God's love must be received in order for it to be worked out of us and displayed in the lives of others. Love is so much more than we see it as. Love is described in 1 Corinthians, chapter 13. The first facet of love is patience. How many of us are patient with those we say we love? Just this simple question should make us aware of how unaware we are of true love.
